The Titan Project in Rocky View Municipal District Alberta encompasses a world-class acoustically sophisticated 8,000 seat venue, an adjoining world class destination hotel with ballrooms, restaurants and bars. The Titan site is on about 26.5 acres with 4.5 acres required for the facility and parkade allowing for other development sites to be sold or joint ventured. We are working closely with the Municipality and Community. Plans for the final site selection are proceeding well and the company intends to continue this fall/winter on the purchase. The site has the District of Rocky Views endorsements and is will be connected to high-speed light-rail transit, major transportation routes and within 20 minutes of the International airport.
The initial phase of the project with an 8000 seat venue and a parking garage will be followed with additional phases of construction. The area’s new development guidelines require sufficient density on the whole building site. The Titan site will include a future hotel with 350+ rooms, lease space and retail mix. The site will include a retail component vending directly to the pre-concert “Grand Foyers” and the campus traffic. The site will incorporate a 1,500 stall parking garage and surface parking.
We at The Titan Group feel this completed project would be among our most important resources - as important to our children and citizens as any other institution. We ask for your endorsement of the cultural benefits that a medium size entertainment focused venue brings to the community. We ask for you to investigate the numbers of relationships we could have. Many opportunities exist such as branding opportunities, product supply, philanthropic and many others. We would like to have supply relationships with the community for our operating needs. We intend to give generously to charities of all kinds allowing easy access to the facility for fundraising or community activities and invite your participation. We would additionally invite suggestions for the representation of meaningful “corporate or community stories” in one of the most highly noticeable settings.
Rocky View and area and two other cities in Canada need medium size venues now and The Titan Group intends to build and manage them. We have an impressive number of endorsements to date and a growing list of supporters. We also have a growing number of “best of class” promoters and talent buyers who intend to book the facility. There are, quite frankly, so many layers of opportunity in this venture, we would like to talk with you about the prospects and collaborate with you on them, with a goal of building a mutually rewarding future for all.
